Siemens Turbosets Subdivision (PG I2), as one important future oriented part of the business division “Power Generation”, offers small and large steam turbines for industrial applications which sets the industry standards. By combining the advantages of technically and historically strong turbine ranges, PG I2, headquartered in Goerlitz and with six other locations worldwide, is able to provide optimal solutions for power generation (with generator drive) or mechanical drive (for compressors, blowers and pumps) which are used in industries, such as pulp and paper, chemical, metal and cement and food processing. Siemens industrial steam turbines are the very heart of the power generation equipment for example, co-generation and district heating plants, biomass power plants, waste incineration plants and seawater desalination plants. In this new role you will be responsible for:

engineering design process, i. e. the preparation of specifications, drawings with 2D and 3D CAD tools and bills of material with SAP,

supporting manufacturing and assembly activities,

engineering calculations,

evaluation of machine operational data,

co-operation within product or process development teams.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

You should be able to demonstrate:

university degree, preferably in mechanical engineering,

professional experience,

knowledge in 2D and 3D-CAD systems (for example ProE, AutoCAD),

ability to communicate in oral and written English,

high motivation to learn and develop,

knowledge in SAP and PDM systems (ProIntralink, Teamcenter Engineering) would be an advantage
